Born from innovation in Sweden in 1953, Turnils creates superior window covering systems and componentry.
Turnils represents the very best of European quality and Swedish design, with all components engineered and manufactured to create a stylish, high-quality finished product.
100% recyclable, GreenScreen Revive™ is a 100% Polyester warp knit fabric, made up of 89% recycled content using Repreve yarn. Repreve is a fibre that contains recycled materials, including used plastic PET bottles. Repreve is used by a number of manufacturers across a range of industries, including Ford Motor Company (which uses Repreve in cloth seats for selected models) and clothing brands like The North Face, Polartec and Patagonia.
“Faux timber products can offer the best of both worlds: giving you the look of timber but with the performance and durability of a tougher material,” says marketing manager Jennifer Elmer.
“Woodstock Venetian Blinds by Turnils are made from 100 per cent polystyrene, to create slats that are rigid and durable yet lighter than other faux wood slat, to make a blind that’s easier to lift.”
“The beauty of Woodstock Venetian Blinds is they offer an attractive wood grain effect that provides the look of natural timber, but at a more affordable price and with greater durability.”
Jennifer Elmer, marketing manager for Turnils, confirms last year’s Super Expo saw the company launch a new range of folding arm awnings, initially branded the FA40 Series and now known by the name Sirocco.
“The Sirocco range features a number of different models, based on a clever modular design from Sweden.”
